Returns and Refund Policy
 
St.Tropez Online will exchange any faulty or damaged product.
 
If you recieve the wrong product in your order, we will replace the product with the correct product. We simply ask you to return the incorrect product and once we receive your package, we will dispatch the correct product.
 
If you make an error in the choice of product, due to the nature of the product, we can not exchange or offer you a refund.
 
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of returning the product however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
 
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
 
 
Payments
 
Payments must be made online using either a MasterCard or VisaCard. Our SSL security system ensures your credit card and contact details are safe and secure. All data is secured by 128 Bit SSL.
 
All prices listed on this site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
 
 
Shipping
 
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia as we use Australia Post for all deliveries. For most orders, we will ship your order using an express post satchel.
 
For all orders over $43, you will recieve free delivery.
 
Our aim is to have your order dispatched within one business day and with you within two business days. Obviously we can not control all deliveries and should there be a delay, we urge you to contact Australia Post and quote your Express Post Satchel Number that can be found in your order history when you log into your account.

Please note: Orders may not be picked up and are shipped from Sydney.
 
 
Delays in Shipping
 
Should there be a delay in shipping your order due to unavailability of stock, you will be notified within 2 business days and given the opportunity to wait for the order, or recieve a full refund.

Privacy
 
We aim to provide all of our customers with a safe online shopping experience. Our system encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure its safe transfer to us. We respect your privacy and personal information, and will not share it with anyone else. We may use your email address to send our email newsletters and other announcements regarding promotions, new products and special features.
