GOLDEN RULES FOR THE PERFECT TAN 
Exfoliate for smoother, sleeker results. Apply our smoothing gradual tan lotion (using the white pump), sweeping it from toes to upper thighs in light, even strokes. Make sure you’re well covered as it’s only missed bits that’ll look uneven. Next, for immediate colour, coverage and a flawless finish whilst your tan develops, apply the instant tan (using the black pump) sweeping from toes to upper thighs. For best results we recommend regular exfoliation with ST TROPEZ body polish. 

DOS AND DON'TS 
Don’t apply to broken, irritated or sensitive skin. Stop using if your skin becomes irritated. Wash palms thoroughly immediately after use or try our specialist tan remover wipes. Self-tan may stain, so take care not to get it on furnishings, wool, nylon, paintwork or light hair. Try not to get into your eyes, if you do, simply rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid contact with lips. For external use only.

TIP
When using the gradual tan lotion make sure each area slightly overlaps so you don’t miss bits. It’s easy to see where everyday has already been applied by the soft sheen on your skin. When using the Bronzing (black pump), apply evenly by blending lightly and quickly.
